Idea

Ideas are the starting place for any successful venture.  Consultation is for ideas.  It is a collaborative effort between two parties and the first step in bringing your idea to reality.  Community Site Design Group acts as an extension of your project team.  As your partner, we work with you to understand your vision and offer professional, cost effective solutions designed specifically to meet your needs.

Proposal

Once we have a clear understanding of the main idea and vision, we prepare an outline of the requirements for your review and approval.  For web site development, we provide documentation outlining all that would be required to develop the site, the functionalities that give the site its usefulness, and the specifics of how the public can use the site as well as how the inward facing features will work.

Milestones

An important factor in any development process is setting up milestones.  Each milestone is the end of a phase and the beginning of another.  The break point allows you to see progress, make changes to current progress, and become an intricate part of the development process. Milestones are not only breakpoints but also are testing stages that ensure the quality of the product.

Result

The result isn’t delivered until we have thoroughly tested and reviewed the product or service for accuracy.  We won’t deliver errors or mistakes.  Along with your new product we provide all required documentation and  training, on-going support, and the guarantee that you have received what was described in the specification.
